Qual é a validade do registro LEI?
O código LEI tem validade por um período determinado. Para garantir que os dados da empresa permaneçam ativos e verificáveis no banco de dados global, é necessário realizar a renovação regular do código.
Quais documentos são necessários para a solicitação?
No Brasil, normalmente é solicitado o número do CNPJ (Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa Jurídica). Em alguns casos, pode ser requisitado o Contrato Social ou Estatuto atualizado para comprovar a existência legal da entidade e a autoridade do representante que está fazendo o pedido.
